Refund policy

we want you to feel good about your order. if something isn't right, we'll do our best to put it right.

30 days to return. exchanges where stock allows. straightforward refunds.

you have 30 days from delivery to arrange a return.

if the size isn't right or you'd prefer something different, email returns@dotdotsee.com with your order number. we'll take it from there.

if we have the size or colour you need, we're happy to arrange an exchange. if we don't, we'll refund you instead.

for change-of-mind returns, items should be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags.

return postage is covered by the customer for change-of-mind returns. we recommend using a tracked service.

if you've purchased a bundle, both items need to be returned for a full bundle refund.

refunds are made to your original payment method, normally within 2- 5 working days of receiving your return.

if something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't as described, get in touch. we'll cover the return costs and make things right in line with your consumer rights.
